Okay for home, not so sure for a clinic
This is a little finicky. Its seems accurate most of the time, but sometimes it doesn't seem to read the O2 super well. It's a decently affordable price and you get what you pay for. For at home use, it is not a bad option. For a clinic, I think I would want a more consistent pulse oximeter.
