In the photo, this item looks bulky and supports the lower back. However, when I received it, it wasn't bulky or supportive at all. It's too flat and didn't help my lower back at all. This works best when you are lying on your side. Took all night and didn't help much. If you have lower back issues like Neme, the best thing to do is simply roll up the sheet and place it on your lower back. It's useless!
