DVR Malfunction - Security and Surveillance
To prevent TLDRs, I'll get down to business. The device turns off every 30 minutes and deletes the saved video on the hard drive. I contacted support and after over a month of emails, sending photos, updating firmware and accusing them of lying about owning the device (note the confirmed purchase) they stopped responding. DO NOT buy this camera system if you want to keep videos longer than 30 minutes on your hard drive. Spend extra money and buy QSEE or Night Owl. Thank you for reading.
