The first thing to know is 104 servings, not 104 meals. about 23% of this set is whey. Your food tastes quite good, I was pleasantly surprised. Most meals are around 4 servings in 1 bag and it's easier to make the whole bag than trying to make 1 serving (hard to evenly distribute mixed ingredients). 1 serving is fun, but makes you hungry. Full size adult, 2 servings would be better. I wish this set was better if all the food came in 1 or 2 serving bags, it would be a lot easier to prepare in any situation. There isn't a lot of food for this money but remember you are buying more than food. You pay for food that has a long shelf life without refrigeration, when the food cannot be found anywhere else, then it becomes priceless, eat it or die.
