I have this for occasional use with a Motorola Talkabout 400 series radio. I can confirm that it works with the radio as a speaker and microphone. For the Shiggs and Giggs, I've plugged my headphones into the output jack (it's the 'normal' size 3.5mm, so a regular accessory cable will work) and can confirm audio is coming out to the headphones. The PTT button has a positive click, and when the switch is pressed, a small red indicator lights up. Time will tell as to durability - it seems a bit cheap but at least it works.
