Our three 10 year old Toto toilets have been losing water through valves (poor seals) for the last 6-9 months. I bought three new Fluidmaster damper replacement kits. On our Toto toilets, the Fluidmaster flaps didn't work at all. After three days of continuous operation/water leaks I ordered three replacement Toto THU500S valves. They arrived today and I installed them in 5 minutes and all of our toilets are working perfectly. Don't waste your time on anything else. If you have a Toto toilet and water leaks or runs into the bowl, order a replacement Toto faucet. I want to have for the first time; it would have saved me trouble. I'm not saying they don't work on other toilets, they just didn't work for me on our Toto toilets.
