Okay, I look like a grumpy librarian in this, but I really like her. They're light enough not to leave those ugly dents on your nose for hours on end like other heavier reading glasses do. I've noticed that my eyes have become a lot less dry, which I didn't expect and didn't think would help, but they do. It's very important for eye health so I'm very happy as I've had a lot of dry eye problems lately. Now my eyes are less tired. That's what I expected. Also, I actually sleep a lot better. I didn't believe the claim at all that they would help with this, but they help! I really love them and have bought several pairs. Since they're flexible, I can even carry a pair in my wallet! Buy a few!
