Review on VisitorLAB by Brandon Skeet

The ability for anyone or any business that has an online presence (website, blog etc) can see what people are doing as they navigate on their site is great! It gives us insight into where we should focus our efforts so customers aren't being lost in one of these areas when searching/navigating around our own sites!! Nothing specific I dislike at this time but it could be because my organization does not have anything yet implemented using them - which makes sense given it's still fairly new service offered.- As mentioned above- This software allows me to know exactly how many visitors were referred from other websites such as social media outlets(facebook), blogs ect.,etc..
