Hit or miss is good for me

I was really excited and the screen worked great until the cable lug broke. The product support is terrible. I tried to buy a replacement USB-C cable from Revain. After 3 failed attempts (cable seems to be proprietary as other types won't connect/stay). Customer service finally responded and will be sending out another one in TWO WEEKS! And silenced my pleas for more than a replacement cable, because anyone with a cellphone knows the tip often backfires. Was optimistic. Desperate now. For the price I expected better. Try a different brand. You have been warned...

Pros

SINGLE CABLE CONNECTION >> Only one USB-C to USB-C cable is required to light up three screens. The bottom of the dual screen is equipped with a USB Type-C port and a USB Type-C port for 60W PD fast charging. After installing the driver, please use the USB-C to USB-C cable to connect the monitor extender and the laptop to make them work normally. However, it is recommended to connect an external power supply through the PD connector of the expansion shield. This protects the laptop battery.
