Installed this POS with no problems using the Metra dash and wire sets. After installation, the device does not turn off when the car is turned off, although the wiring has been checked and checked for 12V circuitry. When it's on, it turns off randomly, especially when connected to USB via CarPlay. The sound quality is absolutely terrible which I should have known because this thing only weighs about a pound so has no drivers and no internal amplifier. It won't charge my iPhone 12 and my phone keeps showing charging and not charging when connected with a brand new cable. The touchscreen is good when it's on, but it won't last long. Don't buy that ridiculous radio. It's really rubbish and contact. It absolutely makes her squat. I'm gonna jump on the big mark and smash this junk with the biggest sledgehammer I have.
