Does not provide good support

We were sold in the picture. But there is no good support. The side mesh is flimsy and poorly supported by flimsy internal metal rods - easy to bend with a light paw. Using straps was very awkward. The design looks great, but the actual functionality is lost. Using an inflatable cushion, trial and error was used to determine the appropriate height, which was either too high or too low. We tried it with our 8.5 pound, 8 week old Doodle. Wouldn't recommend it.
