I loved that I received this set quickly. I haven't had bariatric surgeries in 7 years and could not order portion rings before. In 2016 I had gallbladder surgery and after obesity surgery had to go back to the same diet as at the beginning. Again I didn't order a kit. After my last meeting with my nutritionist, she recommended that I get rings that help me control portions by seeing them rather than judging them or using measuring cups. So now I can do it. Unfortunately the bag the set came in was damaged but fortunately no parts were missing.
