This is the "exact" part that Toyota charges $360 for. (+$250 for labor). I installed it myself in under an hour and saved about $500. Pretty easy to install I'd say, even if I'm a bit mechanically inclined; but there are a few not-so-obvious key steps to keep in mind. (For example, make sure the door opener bar is reinserted into this part so that the door opens from the outside and the locking mechanism is in the same condition, otherwise the key will not work). Just take your time and pay close attention to how you capture the details. There's no harm in watching YouTube videos for a basic introduction first. All in all, this is exactly the part you wanted and you can reinstall it in about 30 minutes.
