Bought in April and liked after installing. It started collapsing earlier this month and collapsed completely today. The levers that slide out to adjust the width of the phone will no longer stay locked and the phone will fall out. I did have a small issue with the locks loosening over time causing the holder to slide or rotate, but that was manageable. Two stars for the suction cup which is a beast and wish the rest of the product was the same quality.
