Review on Crazy Egg by Dave Cavazos

It was very easy to set up, the support team is also super helpful. The only thing I didn't really like is I couldn't see my own heatmap, I had to ask someone to take a screenshot of it for me to see how people were interacting. I also didn't like it didn't show you who viewed your site, but I guess that is to be expected! My overall experience was great. It is very simple to use and it helped me see what parts of my site were being most clicked on. It also helped me see which pages were most popular. I honestly can't think of anything I disliked. I wish Crazy Egg made it easier to share my heatmap with my team so they could see what I was seeing and make changes as needed. I'm able to use heatmaps to see which parts of my site are most popular and which are less popular and help me make changes to.
