Review on Aqueon Ammonia Reducing Specialty Filter by Denise White

This is not primarily a review of the performance of the filter itself. I will be back in a few weeks or a month to update my review to really see whether this product does what it says on the tin, ie removes algae. From that point of view it fits. I don't know why all the reviews about its reduction. Maybe they have a different size Aqueon filter? If so, then it's their fault. Before you buy, make sure which Aqueon water filter you have. I have Aqueon QuietFlow 10, that's what this filter is for and there are no installation problems. The delivery came quickly. The packaging was a little wrinkled as it was wrapped in a regular Revain plastic bag rather than a box but that shouldn't cause any problems. A little tweak on the filter and everything is ok.
