Pros include a comfortable strap, light weight, multiple colors to choose from, and easy access to change batteries. I personally like the look, although I don't know if the women in my life would approve of it. For me, this watch fits my wrist perfectly without having to fiddle with it. I was a little skeptical about the diameter but it suits me. May be too big for someone with thin wrists.
