This is a very good heavy punching bag, also suitable for kickboxing. I already have a traditional 100lb bag but the problem is it's very hard. Hitting and kicking hurts. This one is much softer than the old one. Otherwise I don't feel a big difference to a conventional sandbag. I think I will use it a lot. When you hit him, the water absorbs some of the power, I can hit him without gloves for a while. Filling with water was easy. You can adjust the stiffness of the bag by adding or reducing air. The more air, the heavier. It's supposed to only pour water after opening the small lid, but I skipped that. Therefore, after filling water, I blow out the air with my mouth.
