The first thing that struck me when I opened the box was the lack of indicator lights. These identifiers are displayed both in the item list and in the instructions. I contacted Solperk customer support via email. I have sent them photos showing my solar panel is not missing any indicator lights. They insisted the light must be there and that I must connect it to the battery incorrectly. I could never get them to understand that my solar panel has no light at all. In my photos you can see that there are no indicators at all. They are not installed. I have decided to return the panel and will not purchase another Solperk item.
