I can only describe the taste as "woody, salty and minty". At first I thought it tasted weird - not bad, just not like anything I've tried before - but now I can honestly say I love the taste as much as the feel in my mouth. Not only does it leave my mouth clean and minty, the bamboo salt toothpaste actually seems to change the chemistry in my mouth, not just coat it with mint — it's hard to describe, but my mouth feels a lot fresher than other brands , and the feeling lasts much longer. (I used Tom's of Maine Fluoride Free Mint Paste, which I still love, but now I love Bamboo Salt Toothpaste even more.) Try it!
