ISKRA was purchased. This is shiny gold. I used it on a manila envelope and it made the whole envelope sparkle, so pretty. I then used the rest of the bottle for the ordered gray curtains. It's beautiful and has a hint of shine, but it's very, very light and thin. I wish it was brighter but this is a good product for what it is. NO, it does not make the tutu glow. It's not glitter, it's more of a veil. On my curtains you can see the gloss layer in direct sunlight, but not even from afar, only up close. As such, it's great for paper crafts, but not as noticeable on fabric. The directions say to spray 8-12 inches away and drop it onto the ship, so I sprayed my curtains on the floor so they could pick up as much shine as possible on their way to the floor. The spray bottle withstands spraying the entire bottle well. I held it up and rubbed when it started filling and dripping a little at the end of the atomizer. Overall it's a good product, a bit smelly but the smell dissipates quickly and I would order again.
