Years ago I had a juicer that broke after six months of use. This time I decided to spend a little more and took this one. I'm not new to these juicers as I've been juicing for years including other centrifuge type juicers that are good but not as good as chewing to really extract more juice. I was surprised how easy it was not only to catch the juice but also to clean it. The cleaning was very painless. Overall performance was excellent for the price. It's no problem to throw in some young carrots and see how easily they make juice. The pulp ejection is truly mesmerizing as it literally spits out crumbs. Almost no juice is spilled, and I find this to be a lot healthier for juicing!
