Update: Jabees customer support contacted me and helped me to replace the device. You can shop knowing that the support team has your assistance covered, even if you get a lemon. Until recently they worked perfectly, the left ear turns off and on automatically even when the battery is 100% charged. Annoyingly, when you turn it off, the left ear also turns off the right earbud. So now I only use my right ear just because it's too late to get a replacement/refund.
