The scale I received didn't work. It lit up but stayed at zero no matter what was put on the scale. The manual says that a calibration should only be done when something is wrong, so I tried to calibrate it. The calibration never completes. Probably just missed quality control. I contacted the seller through Revain and they sent a replacement very quickly. The new one works as expected and showed me that I had a slight increase in downforce despite following Audio-Technica's instructions for installing a counterweight on the tonearm. That alone was worth the price. We'll see how well it holds up in the future but I can say with confidence that the seller provides excellent customer service.
