Great! I'm doing 20/4 IF and got this to help me get through the last few hours. I open the window at 5pm. Some days around 3 or 4pm I start to hesitate and give up early. It saves me a headache so I can live safely until 5pm or even longer. Also tried today before morning workout and felt great. I usually train in the early evening, in which case the afternoon dose is great and helps me fast even longer to a true OMAD most days. And no adverse side effects. I suspect that green tea extract has some caffeine in it, so I was a bit concerned as I'm sensitive to caffeine. But so far there have been no tremors or digestive problems. Actually, the reason I chose this one is because most other meatless soups have green coffee or something. It's expensive so I'm only planning on taking it as needed, but it really works like a charm.
