Without chest strap - children's backpacks

Nice backpack. Sturdy and fits our 3 year old well. Very misleading as we bought it for a chest strap and it arrived without a chest clip. The 13 inch image shows a chest clip but is missing. Will keep it as we need something but it doesn't arrive as advertised.
