I was looking for a backup camera for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I have seen many listed but I settled on this one and am very happy with it. (came well packaged with lots of attachments) I installed the rear camera myself through the existing power cable. For any other car, you can use reverse lights. I was able to successfully set up the entire project in less than 20 minutes. I recommend this product based on the strong seller ratings as well as the quality of the product. Now I can see that my replacement has blocked my view. Overall very satisfied and will continue to buy from this brand.
