This hair is exactly what I was looking for. This is my first time using clips. How I used them - I didn't wash them. What I did was comb my hair until most of the curls were combed out and put it in an afro. I'm not against the color, I feel like it brings life to the hair. The hair color is dark brown with what appears to be red hair in chunks. If you order this, just wear it. The hair is very soft and I got a lot of complements. I sleep in it all night and clean it in the morning. will order again.
