Smaller than expected, good for audio conferencing

The phone would be great if it had better sound quality. It was easy to set up and use and very convenient. However, this element has terrible audio quality from incoming callers and average outgoing audio from the conference side. That's about all there is to say, mainly because it's the most imported or the only quality this item has.
