Wow what fun this was to build/assemble. I followed the directions and for the most part everything went together without a hitch. I had a few frustrating moments but those were entirely my errors and not the fault of the kit or directions. I started using instant glue but quickly decided that wood glue was the better choice for me. For the paper areas I used white craft glue. It took me some time to complete because I often needed to wait for the wood glue to dry. The wood pieces easily punch out and a small Emory board is provided to sand off the little burrs if needed. I look forward to assembling more kits from this company. If you follow the instructions you will have no trouble assembling. The included LED lights are a nice touch. (I assembled The Elves Library)TIP: 1. Have masking tape or those handy hobby clamps to hold things together while drying. I also used some pinch clothespins.
