. The tray needs to be fixed more securely so that we can put it in a drawer or drawer without the tray slipping off. I bought it for the office because the shift I work has a lot of paperwork to keep the other shifts running smoothly. After getting frustrated with too many junk punchers, I decided we should get our own. Now it comes out of our personal box and used by other shifts as everyone knows it will always work perfectly. It is great for punching reinforced plastic strips, never sticks, and easily punches papers of different weights. Recently, one person suggested recommending this punch to the manager of all floors. So the hole punch probably deserves a 5, it's just that we can't hide it well enough without leaving a trail of dots.
