I contacted iSunergy via email (no phone number provided) with an explanation of the issue. After 3 days they asked for my order number and offered NOTHING to fix the problem. On Day 4, they asked questions that made it clear they hadn't read my original post. They showed no urgency in solving the problem. As the return deadline is fast approaching and "customer support" has not offered a solution or way to sync this controller with my batteries, the device will be boxed up and sent back. MidNite DIY is on the way. I actually got off the phone with their technician and got enough information to make a purchasing decision. Imagine talking to a person in the US in real time!
