I bought an iPad for my son and gave it to him because kids drop things. bumper works! Dropped many times, no scratches and dents, no cracks, the device works perfectly. The included screen protector sucks! it looks used, in other words he was just really annoyed with the installation. It is as thick as glass as advertised. It comes with a very small cleaning cloth and that's about it. That means removing stains, cleaning the screen, and removing lint before installing it. I pre-cleaned the screen before using their cleaner as it was so small! The tab on the handle that was supposed to be a handle to remove the protective film from the foil cover came loose so I had to use my fingernail to separate it. the second air came into contact with it, the fluff and the like stuck all over the glass. When I put it on the iPad it had red, black and white lint stuck to it, over half the screen had large bubbles that I couldn't remove. I ran my fingers and hand over it with a rag for almost 30 minutes and there were still 3 huge blisters. I couldn't do anything about the fluff. I've never had a screen protector that collects lint as it tries to separate and stick to the screen. Everything was clean and on the table. The company will only replace the protective film if it is torn in transit. I will never buy or sell again. I had to buy another one and this protector didn't have this problem.
