Review on Puppia Elliott Vest Harness Small by Janet Bartling

Great harness. The size is WRONG, and even after I chose the size, it still didn't fit! My Shih Tzu is 12 years old and has worn Puppia harnesses her entire life. She wore several different styles but ALWAYS the middle style. The area surrounding this mess was ridiculously small. I liked the pendant so much and wanted it for the holidays that I traded it in for a larger one. I was stunned when the large pendant arrived even though it was very small. Because of the velcro alone I was barely able to get the main piece around her chest and back but I had to undo both adjustment buckles/strap which were hanging bluntly from the neck which completely ruined the effect. Obviously no vacation photos in her new harness. . disappointment X 2.
