This is a very good device except for one very important thing. Every night I have trouble connecting and disconnecting the water tank from above. Usually I have to ask for help. Today was the last straw. I'm tired of fighting it and I'm afraid that the tiny plastic tab that connects the two pieces will likely break after the return period. So now I'm sending it back. Too bad because other than that I love it which is why I've been trying for so long to learn how to connect the two parts but to no avail. I turned it on the other day and the back of the tank wasn't connected to the top. Therefore you need to make sure that the front AND the back are connected to the top. It's very difficult to do. deal breaker. Disappointed because now I have to find another one.
