There was some time between the delivery of the ink and the actual installation. When I finally installed all 4 new ink cartridges, magenta was not recognized. I've tried reinstalling it many times and it still showed full ink levels for every cartridge except magenta. Finally, I opened up my second magenta cartridge and put it in place. The success was recognized and I thought everything will be fine. until I type something. As a result of printing a page with black, blue and yellow (cruise ship luggage tag), the page was very blurry, there were no distinguishable colors on it at all. everything had a washed-out pink tint. My proposition. Use genuine Brother ink. It was a waste of money and it's too late to do anything about it.
