This product has the best sound quality I will ever need. And I doubt you can find more comfortable headphones at this price point. However (at least in the headset I received). The microphone and speakers are crossed. So if you're talking to someone, they can hear everything you can hear, including themselves, so you can't chat. Not only the Y splitter does not work, as happens when connecting to the phone.
