i've been in my aquarium for about 4 months. My fish like to rest on mushrooms. It looks great in the aquarium and I've had no issues with color fading. When it first went into the pool, I had to clean the pool a little more often because of the residue on the water surface. But after lying there for 2 weeks, this problem disappeared. The residues have never caused any problems for my fish. I have to be careful to fill the inside with water before putting it back in the tank after cleaning as it doesn't have holes for changing water, but other than that I haven't had any other issues. I highly recommend this item.
