These socks don't provide moisture, they are meant for to put on after you apply your lotion onto your feet so that they protect your sheets from any lotion grease stains. They're sort of a one-size-fits-all and are for the largest sizes, so they were a bit too big for my 6-7 size feet, but they're for sleeping, so as long as they do fit, it's not a problem. I do appreciate that they are 100% cotton and breathable. They are a loosely woven and thin sock. You can see your fingers through them if you hold them up in front of a light source. Overall, they are comfortable and I will be using them in my before bed foot-care routine now. You get two pairs in the pack.
