microphones received approx. 5 days after ordering. I tried them out at work the very next day. The connection process was very easy and only took a few minutes. We were pleasantly surprised at how well they work! There is a slight delay when pressing the "Talk" button, but this is easily fixed. The biggest adjustment is getting used to neck mics. Overall I am happy with my order!
