When I received the filter, it looked slightly different than my old filter and wouldn't lock into place. I was upset and felt misled about my refrigerator being compatible. I emailed ICEPURE and they got back to me right away with potential solutions. One solution fixed the problem of the new filter not locking (it was a problem with my filter unit needing a bit of a reset). The customer service was prompt and very helpful and now we have clean and delicious water. I highly recommend.
