Overall, this is exactly what I was looking for, but it came very poorly packaged and has a few unsightly scratches. Be sure to touch up the paint before installation. It's not bad enough to return, but not good enough to recommend either. Update to my original post above: I am changing my original rating to 3 stars. up to 1 star. I installed the railing less than two weeks ago. We've only had rain for a few days and it's already starting to rust. These railings are garbage. I only bought it because the building inspector said I needed railings on my new patio. and the 2x4 top rail I used didn't count as a true "handrail". After the final inspection of my new home. This piece of trash goes in the trash can.
