I just bought a second one to replace some Honeywell "professional" thermostats I installed seven years ago. In comparison, they are very easy to install and set up. Installation took less than 5 minutes and wiring the jumper blocks was possibly the hardest part. Definitely recommend a small jeweler's flathead screwdriver.
