I received these and wanted to charge them before use and tried the cable that came with it - the charge cable that came with it is the wrong size! So I went back and they sent me a replacement but the replacement also had the wrong charging cable. Update: Your customer service is great - they contacted me after my review and sent me another pair of headphones free of charge, but they still came with the wrong charger. Then they just sent me a charger (2 pieces) with the right charging cables. So all in all they got it right and I finally have the right headphones and charger. The product itself is a good buy for the money - works well and at a good price.
