Although the price per bottle for this set of 40 bottles of 60ml is pretty good, but the quality is poor. They are poorly protected and out of 40 bottles 2 are broken into pieces and another 2 have enough chips to throw away. Broken glass got into the box everywhere, so it had to be unpacked very carefully to avoid cutting yourself. I buy bottles regularly and this is the first time I've had such serious problems. The bottles themselves are nowhere near as good as other sets I've used. I use quite a few bottles, and while I usually prefer amber Boston Rounds, I sometimes use clear or cobalt blue. These clear bottles are irregularly shaped and have distortions in the glass. Of course, this doesn't affect performance, but it does affect looks. While all of these bottles have some level of distortion, they are far worse than other bottles I've used. It's great to have caps instead of pipettes or sprayers as I use caps a lot more and they can be hard to find. a sentence that goes the way of the cap. The caps have polyethylene inserts, which is a plus, but in some cases they don't attach well. If you screw the cap on tightly and then remove it, the polycone liner will catch on the bottle cap instead of staying in the cap. Lids generally look cheap. The items added are fine, consisting of the usual set of mini funnels, labels, a white marker, a couple of eyedroppers and a brush. I would have preferred higher quality bottles, or at least higher quality caps, and would have missed out on the entire, normally less than useful, set of additional items. . The addition of insufficient protection reduces my rating to 2 stars. This is not a set I would take again, even considering the cheap price of the bottle.
