Media could not be loaded. I bought 3157 and 194 to replace the front bulbs in my WJ Grand Cherokee. Not 194 internally though, but connected to the DRLs on the new headlight assemblies that I replaced at the same time. Aftermarket builds didn't have the beveled/tinted clear plastic for the 194 like the OEM, just a smooth clear and chrome plated reflection. I've tried other LEDs, even from this brand, and they were all brighter, but they were bright yellow and didn't quite evenly fill the reflector on all sides. They were actually last on my list as I read numerous reviews of them failing early but they are 5 stars at the moment. They're definitely brighter than standard bulbs, but not overly bright, which is a good thing. They don't have as hard a bright hot spot and they have the best amber color of any other LED I've tried. The little transparent diffuser they put around the LED really helps. I was concerned that the 194s would look jagged due to the way the LEDs look when they are 90* apart after installation, but they look great. Just so people know you need a non-polar 194 for everything to work properly, and properly set resistors only on the 3157 jack wires. I soldered the long extensions and attached the resistors to the tubular subframe. Resistors actually get hotter than I thought.
