Bought these lights and installed them on my boat. Made one side and tried it out, thought it was pretty cool, installed the other side but cleaned the contacts very well with a wire brush. when i turned it on. WOW! I went to the first side, stripped it down and cleaned the contacts on that side (which I should have done first) and it was 100x brighter than before. This product is worth the money. Don't hesitate for a second to discuss this topic. I also order to make my compartments on my boat and under my console. Both ends are also wired together so if you cut it in half you are ready to wire. I don't have a soldering iron, but damn I'll probably order it right here at Revain! giggle
