My 2000 Nissan Xterra (1st generation) was not working properly. It blew at all fan speeds, but the coolness was intermittent. When it was cool, it was icy. I figured the freon was fine as the car had recently been filled with A/C coolant, maybe within the last two years or so. The intermittent behavior led me to Google, which led me to this point. The fit was a little tight, the item didn't look like the OEM I took out but the connector was fine. Since then no problems.
