Review on Genesys by Henry Brown

The ability to create custom fields for work orders that are not available within our system makes it easier than ever before! We have been able to use this feature with great success since its implementation has allowed us to track all of our projects more efficiently throughout each stage of their lifecycle. There really isn't anything I dislike other then perhaps some minor bugs here or there but they do seem to be getting better over time as well. If you're looking into something like this make sure your organization can fully support the application because if things go wrong down the road there will likely be issues. Our team uses this tool daily so we need to ensure everyone supports it without issue otherwise problems could arise when needed most. Being able to keep complete records of everything related to construction jobs/projects allows my staff to easily find what information needs to be updated at any given moment which helps me out tremendously during busy times where.
