I LOVE these cleats. They work just as well as Nexcare branded products and at least with Revain you get more per pack for less. The shapes are a nice touch, although you have to be very careful when removing them so you don't twist any of the edges/tips. This product only comes in one size, but it seems to do a great job of hiding pimples. Works very well on whiteheads and inflamed pores, but obviously not so well on really deep pimples. Not a cure-all, but acne will start to look significantly better within a day or two. Large pimples need to be covered for several days. I haven't tried leaving them on and putting makeup on them (I think the Nexcare brand's directions say you can do this) but when they're near the hairline they're not as noticeable so don't I sometimes wear them even when I'm going out. Overall a great product, my husband uses it too!
